Majestically rising above the historical center, Mogilev City Hall serves as the main symbol of city self-government and the rich past that Belarus is proud of. This building, recreated in 2008 with striking accuracy to the 17th-century original, is considered one of the best examples of civil architecture in the country. It is crowned by an elegant 46-meter octagonal tower with a mechanical clock that has become the true heart of the city.

Today, the Museum of the History of Mogilev is located inside the city hall, where visitors can be transported back to the era of Magdeburg Rights. The interiors of the ceremonial halls are decorated with stucco, parquet made from precious wood, and furniture crafted according to ancient designs. The museum houses rare exhibits: from ancient icons and banners to portraits of kings, emphasizing the city's status as an important commercial and administrative center.
Of particular value is the opportunity to climb the observation deck, from which Mogilev unfolds as if in the palm of your hand. The combination of authentic architectural traditions, modern technology in the form of a unique clock mechanism, and a rich museum program makes the city hall a mandatory stop on any tourist's itinerary.
