Among the cultural treasures of central Russia, the Ivanovo Regional Art Museum holds a special place, being one of the largest and most significant art collections in the region. Located in the city of Ivanovo, Russia, this museum brings together a surprising variety of eras and styles under its roof.

Founded in 1959, the museum houses more than 45,000 exhibits. Here you can see not only classical Russian painting but also unique artifacts from Ancient Egypt, Ancient Greece, and Rome, as well as exquisite works of art from the East. The pride of the collection are items from the collection of the famous philanthropist D. G. Burylin.
The museum is housed in a majestic two-story red brick building built at the end of the 19th century in the eclectic style. The former Real School building, with its strict lines and historical charm, creates an ideal atmosphere for immersion into the world of beauty, turning an ordinary visit into a true aesthetic journey.
