The Monument of Glory in Novosibirsk, Russia, is a majestic memorial ensemble that has become one of the city's main symbols and an important historical site. This large-scale complex is dedicated to the eternal memory of Siberians who gave their lives and showed heroism during the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945. Spreading over an area of about two hectares, the monument serves not only as a reminder of the tragic events of the past but also as a place of deep respect and pride.

The heart of the memorial is five powerful ten-meter pylons, each decorated with relief images illustrating key stages of the war—from difficult trials to the triumphal victory. Carved into these same pylons are the names of more than 30,000 Novosibirsk residents who did not return from the battlefields, making this place particularly touching. In front of the pylons burns the Eternal Flame, symbolizing the unquenchable memory of the people's feat.
In addition to the pylons and the Eternal Flame, the complex includes an expressive sculpture of the Mourning Mother, conveying the full depth of maternal grief and loss. A special place is held by the Alley of Glory, where spruces have been planted in honor of the Heroes of the Soviet Union—natives of Novosibirsk and the Novosibirsk Region. The Monument of Glory is not just a landmark, but a sacred place where everyone can honor the memory of heroes and reflect on the value of peace.
