The main theme of the park is dedicated to prehistoric animals, primarily dinosaurs, as well as the nature and history of amber. Visitors can stroll among impressive, life-sized figures of ancient reptiles and learn interesting facts about their lives and era. The park successfully combines elements of an entertainment complex, an open-air educational center, and a sort of zoo for extinct species, making it interesting for guests of all ages.
Opened in August 2018, the Amber Period Park covers an area of about 4 hectares. During its creation, special attention was paid to preserving the natural forest landscape and existing trees, which adds a special atmosphere of unity with nature to the walks. Here, you can not only see giant reptiles but also learn more about the "sun stone," which is particularly symbolic for a region known for its rich amber deposits.
The Amber Period Park is not just a static exhibition of figures, but an interactive space where the whole family can spend time in a fun and informative way. It offers a unique opportunity to take vibrant souvenir photos and immerse yourself in the amazing world of the distant past, leaving unforgettable impressions of your visit to Svetlogorsk.
