Summer is the warmest time of the year; however, travellers should be prepared for high humidity. Winter is cool but not severe, allowing for sightseeing without heavy winter gear.

An important feature of the weather in Libo is the frequent presence of precipitation. According to statistics, rainy days occur regularly throughout the year, peaking in the summer months (up to 26 days with precipitation in June). Therefore, when planning a trip, it is definitely worth bringing an umbrella or a raincoat: rains here can often be prolonged, but they are what give the local landscapes and forests their special freshness and picturesqueness.

It is worth noting an interesting feature of the local climate: despite the large number of rainy days, the total volume of precipitation in millimetres remains small. This suggests that instead of heavy downpours, light drizzle or short-term rains are more common here. Nevertheless, given the statistics, tourists are recommended to always carry an umbrella or a light raincoat, especially when planning a trip during the summer season.

Travelling to Libo requires a careful approach to packing your suitcase, as the climate here is distinguished by high humidity and frequent precipitation throughout the year. Even if the forecast does not promise downpours, the number of "wet" days here is high — from 12 to 26 days a month. Therefore, your main companion should be a high-quality raincoat or a compact but sturdy umbrella. Humidity can intensify the sensation of heat in summer and coolness in winter, so choose clothes that dry quickly and wick away moisture well.

For a trip in the summer season (from June to August), when the temperature reaches 28–29°C, give preference to light items made of natural breathable fabrics, and do not forget sunscreen and headwear. In winter and the shoulder seasons, when the average temperature ranges from 7°C to 14°C, the best solution will be the principle of layering. Be sure to take a warm jumper, a fleece jacket, and a windproof jacket to feel comfortable on cool and damp evenings.

Pay special attention to footwear: Libo is famous for its natural beauty, so you will have to walk a lot. The ideal option would be comfortable, broken-in trainers or trekking boots with non-slip soles, as roads and trails can be slippery due to frequent rains. If you are planning active walks in nature, it is also recommended to bring insect repellent.
