Imagine a place where science meets imagination and the complex laws of physics become tangible and clear. Imaginata Experimentarium is a unique science center in the city of Jena, Germany, which its creators call an "experimentarium for the senses."

Housed in the industrial building of the former Umspannwerk Jena-Nord electrical substation, the center covers an area of about 1,500 m². It features more than 100 exhibits dedicated to optical illusions, physics, and mathematics. This is not a classic "hands off" museum, but rather a space for active exploration.
Imaginata's main goal is to spark curiosity and stimulate creative thinking. Through independent experiments, visitors can grasp the mysteries of perception psychology and see how the hidden mechanisms of the world around us function.
