Ștefan cel Mare Central Park is not just a green oasis in the heart of Chișinău, but a true symbol of the city and the oldest park in all of Moldova. It is a well-maintained and cozy place, perfect for both leisurely strolls and discovering the history of the capital.
The park is inextricably linked with the name of the great Russian poet A. S. Pushkin, who, according to legend, often spent time here during his stay in the city. Because of this, the park acquired its second, equally famous name—Pushkin Park. Visitors can even see the old acacias under which, it is said, the poet loved to rest.
Recognized as a monument of landscape art, the park impresses with its flora: about 50 species of trees and shrubs grow here, some of which are nearly 200 years old. Shady alleys, classical fountains, and well-kept flower beds create an atmosphere of peace and harmony in the center of the bustling city.

As an important cultural and historical site, the Central Park is protected by the state. This makes it not only a pleasant place for relaxation but also a significant landmark, a visit to which allows for a deeper appreciation of the spirit of Chișinău.
