In the heart of the cultural capital, as Novi Sad is rightfully known, lies a unique treasure — the Pavle Beljanski Memorial Collection. It is not just an art gallery, but a specialized museum representing the personal collection of the outstanding Serbian diplomat and collector. These walls house the quintessence of Yugoslav fine art from the first half of the 20th century, carefully selected by a man of impeccable taste.

The museum occupies a building that was the first in the city specially designed for museum purposes. Built according to the design of architect Ivo Kurtović, it harmonizes perfectly with the masterpieces displayed within. The collection is recognized as one of the most significant in Serbia, as it covers the key artistic movements of the interwar period.
Visitors can see works here by legendary masters such as Milan Konjović, Peđa Milosavljević, and Vlaho Bukovac. A unique feature of the museum is that the exhibition concept was developed by the collector himself, aiming to showcase the national cultural heritage through the lens of the best examples of painting, sculpture, and tapestries of that time.
