The Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur Central Park of Culture and Leisure is a true emerald in the crown of the city of Namangan. Occupying an area of about 14 hectares, this picturesque landscape is not just a place for walking, but a symbol of the hospitable land of Uzbekistan. The park is rightfully considered one of the most beautiful in the country, confirming Namangan's status as the recognized "city of flowers."

The unique layout of the park makes it the heart of urban life: 12 key streets converge here, providing easy access from any point in the center. Natural beauty and historical artifacts coexist harmoniously on its grounds. Here you will find the State Museum of History and Culture of the Namangan Region, and you can also see preserved fragments of the ancient ark — the citadel that once protected the city.
After a large-scale reconstruction completed in 2011, the park was transformed and now meets the highest standards of landscape design. It is an ideal place for those who want to get acquainted with the rich flora of the region, see rare varieties of trees and flowers, and feel the authentic atmosphere of Eastern hospitality surrounded by centuries-old poplars and roses.
