Chota Imambara, also known as Hussainabad Imambara, is one of the most impressive and elegant attractions in the city of Lucknow. Located in the heart of the cultural capital of Uttar Pradesh in India, it is a gem of the Awadhi architectural style and an important religious center for Shia Muslims. Built in 1837-1838 by Nawab Muhammad Ali Shah, this imambara serves as his mausoleum.
