Jeonju Zoo is a large and popular zoological park located in the city of Jeonju, often called the cultural and gastronomic capital of South Korea. The main pride of the zoo is its diverse animal collection. Visitors can see about 670 animals representing more than 100 different species. Among them are majestic animals such as tigers, lions, giraffes, hippos, bison, and camels. Of particular interest are rarer inhabitants, including the Asian black bear, zebras, and jaguars. A walk through the well-maintained enclosures allows you to get acquainted with the fauna from different corners of the planet.
In addition to animal observation, the Jeonju Zoo grounds host the DreamLand amusement center, offering rides and entertainment for the whole family. This makes the zoo not just a place to learn about the animal world, but also a wonderful destination for a full family getaway where everyone can find something to enjoy.
