In the very heart of Chernivtsi lies a picturesque dendrological park, rightfully considered one of the most beautiful green spaces gracing Ukraine. Yuriy Fedkovych Park is more than just a place for a walk; it is a true monument of landscape art, inextricably linked to the history of Chernivtsi National University.

A unique collection of flora is gathered across its roughly 5-hectare area. Here, majestic oaks coexist with Soulange magnolias and exotic tulip trees. The park's central alley, designed in a landscape style, leads visitors to a cozy small pond, creating the perfect environment to escape the city's hustle and bustle.
The park is part of the magnificent architectural ensemble of the former Residence of Metropolitans, created by the famous architect Josef Hlavka. Walking under the shade of rare trees, you can see a bronze bust of the architect, an ancient stone grotto, and decorative fountains that emphasize the noble character of this historic site.
