Imagine one of the most intimate and unusual gastronomic spaces in Europe. Bagá Restaurant is a tiny gem hidden in the historic center of the city of Jaén. Occupying just 45 square meters, this establishment breaks all stereotypes of classic fine dining restaurants, offering its guests (of which there can be no more than eight at a time) a highly intimate and honest experience.

Founded by talented chef Pedro Sánchez in 2017, Bagá quickly became a legend. It was the first restaurant in the province to be awarded a star by Spain's Michelin Guide. The concept is built around an open kitchen where the boundaries between the chef and the visitor are virtually blurred, turning the meal into a friendly visit to a master's home.
The main feature of Bagá lies in its philosophy: there is no standard menu, but a single 15-course tasting menu is offered. The chef masterfully combines products from land and sea, creating unexpected flavor pairings that linger in the memory. The minimalist interior and unassuming facade only emphasize that the main thing here is what happens on the plate.
