The VDNKh Main Entrance Arch is a monumental structure and one of the most recognizable symbols of Moscow. Built in 1954 according to the project of architect Innokenty Melchakov, it serves as the grand entrance to the territory of the Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy and is an outstanding example of the Stalinist Empire style. It is not just an entrance group, but a true triumphal arch symbolizing the country's achievements.
The height of the arch along with the sculpture reaches 32 meters, and the entire entrance group stretches more than 300 meters in width, emphasizing its grand scale. The top of the structure is crowned by the famous sculptural composition "Tractor Driver and Collective Farm Woman", holding a sheaf of grain above their heads. The figures are covered with golden smalt, making them shine spectacularly in the sun. The columns of the arch are decorated with bas-reliefs depicting agricultural workers, which complements the overall symbolism of the complex.

The architectural design of the arch is thought out to the smallest detail. Its central span is designed so that when approaching the exhibition, it offers an ideal view of Pavilion No. 1 "Central." This technique creates a majestic perspective and invites visitors deep into the exhibition complex. Today, the Main Entrance Arch is a cultural heritage site of federal significance and constantly attracts the attention of tourists and city residents.
