In the heart of the bustling Sakae district, where the pulse of the modern Japanese metropolis beats, lies a remarkable attraction — the Sky-Boat Ferris wheel. Part of the Sunshine Sakae shopping and entertainment complex, this unique engineering feat is built directly into the building's facade. Nagoya is rightfully proud of this vibrant feature of its cityscape.

The wheel has a diameter of about 40 meters and is mounted on the complex's exterior wall. Visitors board the transparent cabins from the building's third floor. Each of the 28 cabins can accommodate up to four people, making the attraction a great spot for family fun or a romantic date. From the highest point, located at an altitude of about 50 meters, a breathtaking panoramic view of the city blocks unfolds.
Like many other modern landmarks Japan is famous for, Sky-Boat looks especially spectacular in the evening. Thanks to bright LED lighting, the wheel transforms into a glowing beacon, decorating the city at night and drawing the attention of thousands of passersby with its soft radiance.
