Imagine a modern "aquatic oasis" tucked away among city skyscrapers and shopping galleries. Kawasui Kawasaki Aquarium is a unique space occupying the 9th and 10th floors of the Kawasaki Le FRONT complex, in close proximity to Tokyo. As the first full-scale urban aquarium in Japan to be integrated into an existing commercial building, it offers guests a completely new way to experience nature.

What makes Kawasui special is its specialization: you won't find marine life here, as the entire exhibition is dedicated exclusively to freshwater ecosystems. The aquarium features over 300 species of animals from around the world, housed in meticulously recreated biotopes, from local Japanese rivers to the tropical forests of South America.
The uniqueness of this place is enhanced by the use of advanced digital technology. Interactive projections, dynamic lighting, and sound effects create a fully immersive experience, changing the atmosphere of the halls depending on the time of day. It's not just a nature museum, but a high-tech space where the line between the virtual and real worlds is blurred.
