The complex consists of four six-story buildings located along the coastline. The crown jewel of this location is its private promenade, nearly a kilometer long, equipped with convenient descents to the water and observation decks. Thanks to its shape and location, the hotel provides guests with panoramic views of the Black Sea from almost any point, creating an atmosphere of complete harmony with the sea.

This place attracts travelers not only with its modern aesthetics but also with its ecological purity. There are no noisy ports or industries here, but there is a wide beach area and the cozy atmosphere of a seaside village. "Nash Parus" has become a true landmark of the Nakhimovsky District, offering a European level of comfort in harmony with the wild nature of the Crimean coast.

What to Do

The main activity here is, undoubtedly, serene beach relaxation. Guests can spend time on pebble beaches where the water is exceptionally clear. Convenient staircases lead directly from the promenade to the water's edge, making swimming as comfortable as possible. In the summer, the central observation deck turns into a cozy relaxation area where you can take shelter from the sun under canopies and enjoy the light sea breeze.

For walking enthusiasts, the 880-meter-long promenade is the perfect place for a stroll. It is pleasant to walk here both in the early morning, breathing in the fresh iodine-rich air, and in the evening, watching the sun slowly sink into the sea, painting the sky in incredible colors. This spot is considered one of the best locations in the region for sunset photoshoots thanks to the open horizon and the futuristic look of the white buildings.

If you feel like a change of scenery, you can go explore the surroundings. "Wild" beaches start very close by, stretching to Cape Margopulo, where you can feel the primordial power of nature and see the famous "sea cottages." And for those who want to share their impressions with loved ones in real time, there is an online webcam on the territory of the complex, broadcasting views of the promenade to the web.

Getting There

The easiest way to reach this picturesque corner is by car. If you are leaving from the central part of the city, follow the highway north towards Evpatoria. After passing the Orlovsky Bridge, you need to turn left. The road will lead you directly to the village of Kacha, where the snow-white buildings of the complex, resembling sails, serve as an excellent landmark. For convenience, you can use a navigator by entering the coordinates 44.778816, 33.538030. Free parking for guests is provided on-site.

For those who prefer public transport, buses and fixed-route taxis run regularly from the city to the Kacha bus station. The journey from the city is about 26 kilometers. From the stop in the village to the complex itself, you can walk in 5–10 minutes, following the coastline. In the summer period, the number of trips usually increases, making the journey even more accessible.

You can also always use taxi or transfer services. A trip from the city center will take approximately 40–50 minutes depending on traffic. This is the most comfortable option if you are traveling with bulky luggage or a large family and want to be right by the seashore immediately.

History & Facts

The history of this place is inextricably linked with the development of the village of Kacha. Back in 1912, the first military aviation school in the Russian Empire was opened here. Legendary pilots such as A. I. Pokryshkin and Amet-Khan Sultan are associated with this area. For a long time, the territory was used for defense purposes, but in the early 2000s, a new stage of coastal development began.

The "Nash Parus" project itself was conceived not just as a hotel, but as a large-scale shore protection structure. Construction of the first building started in 2003, and by 2013, the complex was already celebrating its tenth anniversary. Engineers and architects faced a difficult task: turning a loose, erosion-prone shore into a reliable and aesthetically attractive recreation area. Four modern buildings were erected in compliance with strict building codes, ensuring the safety and durability of the structure.

Thanks to the initiative of investors and architects, the wild shore was transformed. In 2012, a landscaped promenade appeared here, which became a center of attraction for tourists and locals. The modern architecture of the complex harmoniously blended into the landscape, creating a unique silhouette that is now recognizable far beyond the village.

Interestingly, the apartment complex is adjacent to the so-called "Kacha Shanghai" — unusual buildings over the cliff that create a sharp contrast with the modern white "sails". This combination of history, bold engineering solutions, and natural beauty makes the site a truly unique monument of modern resort architecture.

Time Needed

To simply walk along the promenade and enjoy the sea landscapes, you will need about 1–2 hours. During this time, you can leisurely walk the entire 880 meters of the landscaped area, take beautiful photos against the backdrop of the white buildings, and stop by the observation deck.

If you are planning a full beach holiday, it is worth setting aside at least half a day. The clean water and comfortable descents to the sea invite long stays in the sun. Many guests prefer to stay here until the very evening to catch the sunset, which is considered one of the most beautiful on the entire coast in Kacha.

Working Hours

As a modern resort complex with apartments for living, the facility operates around the clock. The reception desk and support services usually work 24/7 so that guests can check in at any convenient time.

The landscaped promenade and beach area are also available for visiting daily and without time restrictions. Nevertheless, to check the operation of specific cafes or additional services on the territory, it is recommended to check the official website of the complex in advance, especially during the low season.
