Engineers and architects faced a difficult task: turning a loose, erosion-prone shore into a reliable and aesthetically attractive recreation area. Four modern buildings were erected in compliance with strict building codes, ensuring the safety and durability of the structure.

Thanks to the initiative of investors and architects, the wild shore was transformed. In 2012, a landscaped promenade appeared here, which became a center of attraction for tourists and locals.
